Three (3/8" diameter) baffled weep holes were located on the <br />omrail of the screen, one weep in the center and one 5-3/4" from each end. <br /> <br /> <br />Se lant: <br />Si1 cone sealant was applied to all the following areas: <br />· Entire bottom of the sill to buck intersection.. <br />· Screw heads hole openings used for anchorage of the frame to buck. <br />· Exterior and interior offrame to buck intersection. <br />· A W' wood Shim around the perimeter of the frame secured to the frame. <br />· Cover flange at the sill and header on the exterior of the frame was sealed to the <br />frame/flange intersection and the flange was also sealed to the buck/flange intersection. <br /> <br />A borage: <br />A 1 4" wood shim was attached with'silicone to the perimeter of the buck frame. Two <br />ad . tional W' wood shim strips were attached at eachjarnbsCrew attachment to the wood <br />bu k. The frame was attached tothe buck using 2" long wood screws along with silicone at <br />the sill and on the exterior a.'1d interior perimeter of the fhL~e to buck intersections. Eac.l-t <br />was. attached withtive sets of2"IOtlg screws. The header was attached withthtee sets <br />ood screws. Each set of screws consisted of a screw located on the interior jamb track <br />one screw located on the exterior track of the frame. Each set of screws were attached <br />el to ea.ch othef'. The sill was secured using a built up of wood that was secured to the <br />and then the sill was attached.withsillcone to the wood. The exterior of the sill then <br />a trim attachment and was secured to the frame sill and buck using silicone. <br /> <br />
