A3 <br />. rap head and side pieces onto the inside face of the rough opening and staple <br />. rim the excess building wrap beyond the interior side of the rough opening <br />3 Place sill pan in rough opening with the open side facing the exterior; if necessary, <br />stapl sill pan through the exterior, vertical face only; do not staple through bottom <br />ofp <br />Note: Window sits inside sill pan; the back dam of the sill <br />pan s ould just clear the back edge of the window frame sill <br />when it is placed in the rough opening. <br />4 Coat e sill pan with adhesive spray extending 3" up the side <br />jamb on both sides; refer to fig. A4 (follow manufacturer's <br />ins ctions for tack time) <br />5 Appl self-adhesive flashing to lower comers of window as <br />folio s (fig.
