<br />ATTACHMENT <br /> <br />Bid/Contract Documents <br />(Plans, timelines, cost breakdowns and specifications included in bid packages to become part ofthe <br />Agreement) <br /> <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />ARTICLE I CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />1.1 The Contract Documents are intended to include all labor, materials, equipment and other <br />items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Project and the terms and conditions of <br />payment therefor, and also to include all Work which may be reasonably inferable from the Contract <br />Documents as being necessary to produce the intended results. <br />1.2 The Contract Documents shall be signed in not less than duplicate by Owner and <br />Contractor. By executing the Agreement, Contractor represents that he has visited the site and <br />familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed, including all <br />permitting requirements. <br />1.3 The term "Work", as used in the Contract Documents, includes all labor necessary to <br />complete the Project required by the Contract Documents, and all materials and equipment incorporated <br />or to be incorporated in such Project. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II OWNER'S OBLIGATIONS <br /> <br />2.1 Owner shall at all times have access to the Project to review the progress of the Work. <br />2.2 Owner shall have authority to reject Work which does not conform to the Contract <br />Documents and require that it be re-performed by Contractor. <br />2.3 If needed to complete the Project, Owner shall secure and furnish any current, existing <br />land surveys. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS <br /> <br />3.1 Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work to assure completion of the Project in <br />strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all required Permits. Contractor shall be solely <br />responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for <br />coordinating all portions of the Work under the Agreement, including any work performed by <br />Subcontractors (as defined in Section 4.1 below). <br />3.2 Except to the extent specifically noted in the Agreement, Contractor shall provide and pay <br />for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, utilities (water, <br />electricity and gas) transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution <br /> <br />128770 <br />Form <br />4400158 <br />5/04 <br /> <br />GC <br /> <br />
