<br />8009, Furthermare, if the awner has hired a cantractor or contractars, he is advised to have the cantractar(s) sign
<br />partians af the "cantractar Black" af this applicatian far which they will be respansible. If yau, as the awner sign as the
<br />cantractar, that may be an indicatian that he is hat properly licensed and is nat entitled to. permitting privileges in Pasco.

<br />TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br />that Transportatian Impact Fees and Recaurse Recavery Fees may apply to. the canstructian af new buildings, change af
<br />use in existing buildings, ar expansian af existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and
<br />90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands, that such fees, as may be due, will be identified at the time af
<br />permitting. It is further understaod that Transpartatian Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid priar to.
<br />receiving a "certificate af accupancy" ar final pawer release. If the praject does nat invalve a certificate af occupancy ar
<br />final pawer release, the fees must be paid priar to permit issuance. Furthermore, if Pasco. Caunty Water/Sewer Impact
<br />fees are due, they must be paid prior to permit issuance in accordance with applicable Pasco. County ardinances.
