Please note that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Tent and tent sides shall meet the flame resistance rating. This rating shall be imprinted or sewn into the tent fabric. 2. Tent guidelines shall be followed. 3. Vendor is to ensure all paperwork is filled out in its entirety when product is sold. Copies of this paperwork shall be available to this office. Inspections Required: 1. Site Inspection (to be completed once everything in tent is set up and prior to opening to the public) if ..- . In the event that further examination or site inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole expense to bring those areas in compliance.
