26. The scope includes connection of a new 4" sanitary line to the existing line. The new line shall be <br /> extended as needed to serve the new restroom. The sizes and locations of all sanitary branch lines and <br /> wall cleanouts shall be as required by code. <br /> 27. The scope does not include any floor drains. The scope does not include any stub outs for future tenant <br /> connection to the sanitary system. <br /> 28. The scope includes new vent piping and a new vent through the roof. The exact locations and sizes of the <br /> vent pipes shall be as required by code. The scope does not include any stub outs for future connection to <br /> the vent pipes by the tenant. <br /> 29. The scope does not include any work to the water meter, the 1" cold water main, or any of the valves. <br /> The scope does not include any work to the 1" cold water branch lines other than what is required for <br /> connection of new cold water piping. <br /> 30. The scope includes connection of a new 1" cold water line to the existing branch line. The new line shall <br /> be extended as needed to serve the new restroom. The <br /> fixtures provided shall include 1 tank type toilet, 1 wall hung sink, and 1 "hi -low" drinking fountain. All <br /> plumbing fixtures shall meet the requirements of the Florida Accessibility code. <br /> 33. The scope does not include any work related to grease or gas. <br /> Mechanical <br /> 34. The scope does not include any work to the existing 5 ton RTU above space F4 other than what is <br /> required to connect new HVAC ducting. The scope does not include work for any other RTUs. <br /> 35. The scope does not include any work to any of the existing condensate lines. <br /> 36. The scope includes providing a full HVAC system based on typical dry goods retail use. The existing 5 <br /> ton RTU will not be upsized. No additional HVAC will be added. The locations and sizes of the supply <br /> diffusers, return grilles, and all ducting shall be as required by code. <br /> 37. The scope includes providing energy calculations as required by code. <br /> 38. The Bldg F shell drawings were designed and permitted under the 2004 FBC. The space F4 tenant <br /> improvement drawings will be designed and permitted under the 2007 FBC. The new code includes <br /> several changes to the requirements of energy efficiency. The scope does not include any changes to the <br /> existing insulation, glazing type, or building envelope that might be required if the space fails to meet the <br /> new requirements. <br /> 39. The scope includes providing one exhaust fan in the restroom. The exhaust fan shall be sized as required <br /> by code and shall be vented to the roof. <br /> Electrical <br /> 40. The scope does not include any work to the building transformer, the secondary conduit, the secondary <br /> wire, the main disconnect, the wireway, the tenant meters, or the tenant disconnects. <br />
