41. The scope includes sizing new wire to be pulled from the existing tenant disconnect to the new tenant <br /> panel via the existing empty conduit. <br /> 42. The scope includes providing a new tenant panel in the location shown on the attached exhibit. The new <br /> panel shall be 200 amp, 120 / 208 volt, 3 phase, and 42 pole. The existing tenant disconnect is 200 amp. <br /> 43. The scope includes several new power receptacles. These include 1 GFI receptacle in each restroom, 1 <br /> dedicated receptacle for the drinking fountain, 2 ceiling mounted receptacles above the storefront <br /> windows, and convenience receptacles along both side walls at 20' -0" on center max. All new <br /> receptacles shall be wired to the new tenant panel. <br /> 44. The scope does not include any changes to the existing sign junction boxes on the front of the building <br /> over the storefront. The scope does include wiring these two junction boxes to the new tenant panel. <br /> 45. The scope includes wiring the existing RTU, the new restroom exhaust fan, and all other components of <br /> the HVAC system to the new tenant panel. <br /> 46. The scope does not include any changes to the decorative sconce light fixtures on the front of the <br /> building. These fixtures will remain wired to the house panel. <br /> 47. The scope does not include any changes to the existing wall mounted light fixture on the rear of the <br /> building. The scope does include wiring this light fixture to the new tenant panel via a switch. <br /> 48. The scope includes providing new exit and emergency light fixtures as required by code. The scope <br /> includes wiring these fixtures to the new tenant panel. <br /> 49. The scope includes providing new ceiling mounted 2' x 4' fluorescent light fixtures at approximately 1 <br /> per 100 sf. These lights shall be wired to the new tenant panel. <br /> 50. The scope does not include any changes to the existing telephone system. The existing conduit stubbed <br /> into the rear of the space shall remain as is. <br /> Fire Alarm <br /> 51. The existing building has a fire alarm system. The landlord's tenant build out contractor will modify the <br /> system as needed to provide a code compliant fire alarm system in the space. The landlord's tenant build <br /> out contractor will also modify the rest of the existing fire alarm system as needed to ensure that it still <br /> meets the requirements of the local jurisdiction after the build out for the space is complete. The design <br /> of the alarm system will be handled by the contractor through their shop drawings. The contractor shall <br /> be responsible for determining the exact locations of all fire alarm' components and for coordinating with <br /> all other disciplines. The contractor shall be responsible for providing signed and sealed shop drawings <br /> as required for permitting. <br /> 52. Cuhaci & Peterson's scope as it relates to the fire alarm system shall be limited to schematic design and <br /> schematic review of the contractor's shop drawings. C &P will provide construction drawings showing <br /> schematic locations of fire alarm equipment. C &P's construction drawings will also include basic <br /> guidelines for design of the system by the contractor. C &P will review the shop drawings as a courtesy <br /> for coordination with other disciplines. C &P's scope will not include review of the shop drawings for <br /> code compliance or constructability. <br />
