The excavated area will be resurfaced with asphalt. <br /> Department will be present <br /> An inspector from this for the removal of this underground storage tank <br /> system and a forty eight (48) hour notice must be gi ven prior to the date of removal activities. The <br /> must be performed by a licensed pollutant storage tank <br /> Storage tank systems, including the tank, integral piping and release detection components (equipment) <br /> shall be removed in accordance with Rule 62- 761.800, F.A.C., and applicable referenced standards API <br /> 1604 and NFPA 30.
