2 <br /> 10. Annual waste tire disposal permit required prior to building final. Permit can be <br /> obtained at building department. Guidelines for tire disposal are: <br /> A. Fenced area 6' high and non combustible material and not positioned <br /> under power lines <br /> B. Pile no more 8' in height and 150 sq ft <br /> C. No more than 500 tires <br /> D. 10' from any structure <br /> E. Rims removed from tires <br /> F. No smoking signs on fence <br /> G. 2A: 10BC fire extinguisher and 2.5 gal water extinguisher shall be <br /> located near disposal area. Also a round shovel and pole hook shall be <br /> located also near area. <br /> 11. Floors shall be liquid tight to prevent leakage or seepage and shall be sloped to <br /> facilitate movement to floor drains. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Sprinkler inspections (pressure and final) <br /> 2. Alarm inspection (acceptance test) <br /> 3. Underground fire lines (flush and pressure test). Fire lines are considered from the <br /> point of service in which the line provides fire protection to the building — <br /> therefore from the "T" off the 8" water line will be considered fire line. <br /> 4.
