2 16. Floating platform being used for display shall be of sufficient strength and stability to safely allow display to be fired. 17. Floating platform shall be secured in position so that during the display it does not become dislodged. 18. Spotters shall be positioned to watch flight and behavior of aerial shells to be sure they are functioning as intended and shells are not landing outside the fallout area. 19. Pressurized water extinguishers shall be located at the display site and with spotters. 20. After display is shot the electronic firing device shall be switched off and cables disconnected prior to any work in the display site. 21. The AHJ has the authority to stop the display at any time should a hazardous condition exists; this includes crowd control, adverse weather and high winds. 22. The AHJ will give final clearance prior to the display being started. Inspections Required: 1. Pre -site inspection (at least 1 hour before sunset) 2. Post inspection after display NOTE: Engine Company will be stationed on roadway in Winters Park directly to the west of display area.
