2 <br /> 16. Floating platform being used for display shall be of sufficient strength and <br /> stability to safely allow display to be fired. <br /> 17. Floating platform shall be secured in position so that during the display it <br /> does not become dislodged. <br /> 18. Spotters shall be positioned to watch flight and behavior of aerial shells to be <br /> sure they are functioning as intended and shells are not landing outside the <br /> fallout area. <br /> 19. Pressurized water extinguishers shall be located at the display site and with <br /> spotters. <br /> 20. After display is shot the electronic firing device shall be switched off and <br /> cables disconnected prior to any work in the display site. <br /> 21. The AHJ has the authority to stop the display at any time should a hazardous <br /> condition exists; this includes crowd control, adverse weather and high <br /> winds. <br /> 22. The AHJ will give final clearance prior to the display being started. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Pre -site inspection (at least 1 hour before sunset) <br /> 2. Post inspection after display <br /> NOTE: Engine Company will be stationed on roadway in Winters Park directly to the <br /> west of display area.
