Disconnect extinguisher cylinder release valve <br /> terminal wire connections from the CPU board <br /> (See FIGURE 3, Page 5). <br /> 6. Remove the extinguisher cylinder assembly from <br /> the enclosure base by loosening the cylinder <br /> band. <br /> 7. Unscrew and remove the extinguisher cylinder <br /> manifold / siphon tube assembly from the <br /> extinguisher cylinder. Pour out any residual fire <br /> suppressant, which may be left in the <br /> extinguisher cylinder. <br /> 8. Refill extinguisher cylinder with 5 lbs. (58 oz.) of <br /> Ansulex Low pH (Part #79372) fire suppressant. <br /> 9. Replace the extinguisher cylinder manifold "0" <br /> ring (Part #G303 -D) and reinstall manifold / <br /> siphon tube assembly into the extinguisher <br /> cylinder. Do not combine / mix chemicals or <br /> suppressants. <br /> CAUTION: Do not use extinguisher cylinder gauge <br /> to determine when the intended charge pressure <br /> has been reached. <br /> 10. Connect a nitrogen supply line to the ' /." male <br /> quick connect fitting and pressurize to 100 P.S.I. <br /> 11. Reinstall the extinguisher cylinder assembly in <br /> the enclosure base. <br /> 12. Refer to initial installation / system check -out / <br /> activation instructions to complete reinstallation / <br /> reactivation of the system. (See FIGURES 3, 22, <br /> 23, 24, 25, and 26), Pages 5, 14, 15 and 17. <br />
