• OR 8K 5785 PG 1596 2 of . SECTION 2. Conflicting Ordinances. This Ordinance shall supersede all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith. SECTION 3. Severability. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, inoperative, invalid, or void by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. Inclusion in the Land Development Code. The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Land Development Code of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida. The sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section ", "article" or such other appropriate word or phrase in order to accomplish such. SECTION 5. Effective Date. - This Ordinance shall become effective on P1,4* 14 , 2004.
