The reason <br /> for the rejection is listed below. There have been no fees assessed at this time. Should anyone <br /> have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. A regular set of plans shall be submitted showing the space before and after. Plan shall <br /> show floor layout. <br /> 2. Plans call for removal of a wall and addition of walls. Provide wall section and/or detail. <br /> 3. There is no mention of this building if it is a single building or within another. <br /> 4. No detail of doors being added. Pharmacies sometime require special locks that have to <br /> be approved. <br /> 5. Permit mentions electrical but nothing is shown on the plan. <br /> 6. No mention of fire extinguishers. <br /> 7. No mention of exit lights and emergency lights. An emergency light will be required in <br /> the restroom. <br /> KE' • " •%1T ETT, FIRE MARSHAL <br /> ** *Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in <br /> compliance with applicable fire safety codes. This review is not intended to be a fmal approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
