By paying for permit contractor <br /> acknowledges to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, <br /> please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Relocate the fire extinguishers to main double door and rear exit by restroom. <br /> 2. Ensure secondary egress has only one motion to get out. Hotel latch may be <br /> installed to be compliant. <br /> 3. There should be no egress through a break room. It will be allowed based on <br /> the type of occupancy it is provided that the area in front of the counter <br /> between the doors remains free and clear at all times. <br /> 4.
