Please note that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the <br /> project continues moving forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to <br /> comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not <br /> hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Construction shall comply with all applicable NFPA codes and standards, <br /> local ordinances and resolutions, and any state statutes. <br /> 2. This project is considered new apartments under the Florida Fire Prevention <br /> Code, Chapter 30. <br /> 3. If there is any disagreement with the comments listed below, the burden of <br /> proof lies with the contractor to provide documentation to not follow the <br /> comment written. <br /> 4. An access road, around the building, shall be in place that complies with <br /> NFPA 1 and a water source in place prior to any combustibles being stored <br /> on site. The access road must be accessible at all times. <br /> 5. Interior finish shall be Class A for exit enclosures, Class A or B for lobbies <br /> and corridors, and Class A, B, or C for all other applications. Page A1.02 is <br /> wrong. <br /> 6. Occupant load of assembly area for the business center is l per 100 sq ft. <br /> Page A1.02 is wrong. <br /> 7. Lightweight roof/floor truss signs shall be placed on the building in <br /> accordance the rule. <br /> 8. Separate fire alarm, fire sprinkler and standpipes plans shall be submitted for <br /> review for permit. All cut sheets shall be provided for any devices being used <br /> with either system. Calculations shall also be provided for these systems. <br /> 9. Separate plans shall be submitted for review and permit for hood & duct as <br /> well as the hood suppression. All cut sheets shall be provided for any devices <br /> being used. <br /> 10. Extinguishers shall comply with NFPA 10. Page A 1.03 also refers to Chapter <br /> 3 but that is the definitions page. <br /> 11. Address building with 6" numbers. <br />
