Application for Special Events for Founders Day SK Race sponsored by the East Pasco <br /> YMCA on March 13, 2010 at 8:00 am. <br /> This item was approved by the SPRC. <br /> 2. Application for Special Events for the Spring Triathlon sponsored by the East Pasco <br /> YMCA on March 27, 2010 at 8:30 am. <br /> This item was approved by the SPRC. <br /> 3. Site Plan Review (03-10 SPR) for Amerigas Propane request to replace old tanks with two <br /> 30,000 gallon tanks at 5055 Airport Road. <br /> • A site plan will need to be submitted showing property boundary lines, existing / <br /> proposed structures, setbacks, construction material under the tank; landscape plan per <br /> code; <br /> • Public Works indicated a driveway should be constructed from Airport Road; <br /> • Staff will coordinate with Trina / Airport for input; <br /> • Provide $200.00 SPR fee. <br /> Fire Department Comments <br /> 1. Survey or equal showing the description of the property laying out property line and <br /> tank(s). location relative to the site, includes required setbacks in accordance to NFPA <br /> 58 (railroad, trees, roadways, adjacent property lines, buildings, overhead). <br /> 2. Documentation that tanks have been evacuated and cleaned by contractor. <br /> 3. Documentation on tanks that they are still compliant and meet current certification. <br /> 4. Any cut or spec sheets on tanks. <br /> S. Schematic or layout of all piping associated with the tanks. <br /> 6. Life safety page showing shunts or cutoff switches for the operation, fire extinguishers <br /> required per NFPA 10/NFPA 58, fencing (min 6' high with additional security top to <br /> prevent climbing over) and bollards around 3 sides of the fencing to protect against <br /> vehicular damage. <br />
