The scope does not include any changes to the decarative sconce light fixtures on the front of the building. These fixtures will remain wired to the house panel. 46. 1'he scope does not include any changes to the e�sting wall mounted light fixture on the rear of the I building. The scope does include wiring this light fixture to the new tenant panel via a light switch. ', 47. The scope includes providing eaut and emergency light fixtures as shown on the attached exhibit C. These lights shall be wired to the new tenant panel. ; 48. The scope includes providing ceiling mounted 2' x 4' light fixtures as shown on the attached exhibit C. These lights shall be wired to the tenant panel and controlled by switches next to the rear door. 49. The scope does not include any changes to the e�usting telephone system. The existing conduit stubbed into the rear of the space shall remain as is. Fire Alarm 50. The existing building has a fire alarm system. The landlord's tenant build out contractor will modify the system as needed to provide a code compliant fire alarm system in space D2. The landlord's tenant build out contractor will also modify the rest of the existing fire alarm system as needed to ensure that it still meets the requirements of the local jurisdiction after the build out for space D2 is complete. The design i of the alarm system will be handled by the contractor through their signed and sealed shop drawings. The contractor shall be responsible for determining the exact locations of all fire alann components and for coordinating with all other disciplines. The contractor shall be responsible for providing signed and sealed shop drawings as required for permitting. S I. Cuhaci & Peterson's scope as it relates to the fire alarm system shall be limited to schematic design. C&P will provide construction drawings showing schematic locations of fire alarm equipment only, C&P's scope will not include review of the shop drawings for code compliance or constructability. I Permit, Bid & Construction 52. The scope includes providing signed and sealed drawings as required for permits and responding to all permit comments. The scope does not include submitting drawings or meeting with local jurisdictions. 53. The scope includes responding to contractor questions. The scope does not include preparation of bid instructions, review of bids, or review of proposed alternate materials. 54. If required for project close out, the scope includes preparation of an ArchitecYs Certificate of Substantial Completion (AIA document G704). The scope does not include site visits, review of submittals, review of change orders, or review of payment applications. � � �
