The scope is limited to tenant spaces D3 & D4 in Bldg D. The spaces are each 20'-0" (center of demising <br /> wall to center of demising wall) x 70'-0" (outside face of exterior wall to outside face of exterior wa11). <br /> 2, The existing rear wall is a non rated masonry wall. The existing front wall and the existing demising <br /> walls are 1 hour rated framed walls. A114 of these e�sting exteriors walls shall remain as is. <br /> 3. The scope includes minor interior demolition. General demolition notes will be included on the drawings. <br /> The scope does not include a separate demolition plan or submission for a separate demolition permit. <br /> 4. The scope does not include any work related to the parking lot, landscaping, site utilities, site drainage, <br /> site lighting, or any other site features. <br /> 5. The scope does not include any work on any of the buildings in the shopping center other than Bldg D. <br /> 6. The scope does not include any work to the sidewalks, hardscape areas, or landscape areas. <br /> 7, The scope does not include any work to any of the finishes on the e�cteriors of any of the buildings. <br /> 8. The scope does not include any work to the exterior storefront systems, doors, or hardware. <br /> g. The scope does not include any work on the existing roof system other than what is required to provide <br /> new exhaust and venting for the new restroom. <br /> 10. The scope does not include any work on the existing exterior wa11s other than what is required to <br /> construct the new walls. All existing fire ratings shall be maintained. <br /> 11. Except for the existing restrooms, the scope includes removing all existing interior walls and doors. <br /> 12. The scope includes one new tenant demising wall centered on grid line D-4. The demising wa11 shall be <br /> 6" metal stud framing with R19 batten insulation and 5/8" gyp board sheathing on both sides. The wall <br /> shall provide a minimum 1 hour fire rating, <br /> 13. The scope includes installing a new restroom in space D3 and a new interior wall in space D4 as shown <br /> on the attached exhibit. <br /> 14. The restroom wall behind the toilet shall be 6" metal stud framing with R19 batten insulation. All other <br /> walls shall be 3-5/8" metal stud framing with Rl l batten insulation. All walls shall have 1/2" gyp board <br /> sheathing on the exterior sides. Restroom walls shall have 1/2" moisture resistant gyp board sheathing on <br /> the interior side. All framing, sheathing, and insulation sha11 terminate 10'-6" AFF. <br /> 15. The scope includes adding 1/2" moisture resistant gyp board sheathing over 1.5" metal furring and 1.5" <br /> rigid insulation on the inside of the rear masonry wall inside the new restroom only. The sheathing, <br /> furring, and insulation shall terminate 10'-6" AFF. All other existing framing and sheathing over the <br /> inside of the rear masonry wall shall remain as is. <br />
