The interior of the door hardware set shall include 3 hinges, 3 silencers, l wall stop, 1 automatic closer, and 1"Schlage Privacy Lock" lockset. The restroom accessories shall include 1 toilet paper dispenser, 1 paper towel dispenser, 1 soap dispenser, 1 mirror, and 2 grab bars as required by code. All accessories shall be ADA compliant. The contractor shall be responsible for locating any blocking required for the installation of restroom accessories. 22. The scope includes reworking the existing ceiling as needed to accommodate the existing walls that are being removed and the new walls that are being added. 23. The scope includes providing fire extinguishers as required by code. Structural 24. The scope does not include any work on the foundations, columns, beams, joists, roof deck, or trusses. The scope does not include any structural work on the existing masonry or framed wa11s. 25. The scope includes saw-cutting tha existing floor slab as needed to provide new plumbing. 26. The scope includes re-pouring any portion of the e�sting slab that is saw-cut. 27. All new slab pours shall be 4" thick 3,000 psi concrete. The top of all new slab pours shall be flush with the top of the existing slab. Fire Protection 28. The space has a fire sprinkler sys as needed.
