The restroom accessories shall include 1 toilet paper dispenser, 1 paper towel dispenser, 1 soap dispenser, <br /> 1 mirror, and 2 grab bars as required by code. All accessories shall be ADA compliant. The contractor <br /> shall be responsible for locating any blocking required for the installation of restroom accessories. <br /> 22. The scope includes reworking the existing ceiling as needed to accommodate the existing walls that are <br /> being removed and the new walls that are being added. <br /> 23. The scope includes providing fire extinguishers as required by code. <br /> Structural <br /> 24. The scope does not include any work on the foundations, columns, beams, joists, roof deck, or trusses. <br /> The scope does not include any structural work on the existing masonry or framed wa11s. <br /> 25.
