The scope <br /> does not include any changes to the existing main electrical service for the building, other than what is <br /> required to provide the new electrical service for space D3 <br /> 44. The scope does not include verifying that the existing main electrical service has the capacity to serve this <br /> tenant. The scope does not include being aware of any changes other tenants have made that could affect <br /> the capacity of the existing main service. <br /> 45. The new tenant panel for space D3 shall be 200 amp,120 / 208 volt, 3 phase, and 42 pole. The panel will <br /> be in the location shown on the attached exhibit. <br /> 46. In space D4, the existing components of the electrical system (outlets, sign junction box, HVAC <br /> equipment, and light fixtures) shall remain as is. In space D3, the existing components of the electrical <br /> system shall be disconnected from panel D4 and rewired to panel D3. <br /> � 47 The scope will include new power receptacles as shown on the attached exhibit. The scope includes shifting the existing interior lights as needed to accommodate the new interior wall <br /> layout. <br /> 50. Exit and emergency light 8xtures will be added as required by code. No other lights shall be added. <br /> 51. In space D4, the existing components of the telephone and data systems shall remain as is. New <br /> telephone and data outlets will be added as shown on the attached exhibit. In space D3, the existing <br /> components of the telephone and data systems shall be disconnected from the D4 system. The conduit <br /> and cable for these components shall be stubbed up above the ceiling for future tenant use. The scope <br /> does not include a new telephone terminal board for space D3. <br /> Permit, Bid & Construction <br /> 52. The scope includes providing signed and sealed drawings as required for a permit for new interior <br /> construction. The scope includes responding to all permit comments. The scope does not include <br /> submitting drawings or meeting with local jurisdictions. <br /> 53. The scope includes responding to contractor's requests for clarifications. The scope does not include <br /> preparation of bid instructions, review of bids, or review of proposed alternate materials. <br /> 54. If required for project close out, the scope includes preparation of an Architect's Certificate of Substantial <br /> Completion (AIA document G704). The scope does not include site visits, review of submittals, review <br /> of change orders, or review of payment applications. <br />
