This scope of work excludes any hidden damages not visible at time of inspection.If hidden damages are found,a <br /> supplemental scope of work will be created and authorized by the Owner/Management Co.before any additional work <br /> commences. <br /> •? No code updates(if required)have been figured unless otherwise indicated. <br /> •? No permit(s)fees or engineering costs have been figured,unless otherwise listed in this scope of work. <br /> •? This proposal assumes performance during"regular"working hours-8 AM to 6 PM,Monday through Friday. <br /> •? Any contents and/or personal belongings shall be removed(by others)from work areas prior to any work commencement. <br /> Coastal is not responsible for contents that are left in,or adjacent to work areas once the work has commenced. Owner/ <br /> Management Co.to communicate with residents,tenants or guests to completely remove contents,valuables and any materials <br /> which may become damaged during the course of repairs. <br /> •? Coastal will not enter any occupied unit without an Owner/Management Co.supplied chaperon during the course of repairs <br /> in any occupied unit. <br /> •? Any Coastal supplied dumpsters are to be for the use of Coastal's crews only. Any non-Coastal debris or garbage deposited <br /> will result in a charge to the Owner/Management Co.for the appropriate hauling and dumping fees as a result. <br /> •? All other items are excluded including contiguous,adjacent,or related work. <br />
