Not applicable due to HOME funds being used to rehabilitate one single family <br /> house. <br /> f. Lead-based paint. If the house was built by and before 1978, a lead based paint <br /> assessment was completed,and that is attached to this agreement.If lead paint is present <br /> abatement/and/or removal shall be par#of t�e proposal. <br /> g. Conflict of Interest. In accordance with 24 CFR Part 92.356, the Contractor certifies#hat <br /> he/she has not been in a position(as an employee, agent,consuftant, officer, or an elected <br /> or appointed official of a patticipating jurisdiction, state�ecipient, or subrecipient which <br /> received WOME funds)to exercise any functions or responsibilities with respect to activities <br /> assisted with HOME funds or has not been in a position to participate in the decisio� <br /> making process or gain inside information with regard to the disbursement of HOME funds. <br /> The County certifies that it has no knowledge of the Contractor having any conflict <br /> h. Debarment and Suspension. In accardance with 24 CFR Part 92.357, the Contractor <br /> certi�es that he/she Is not presently debaned, suspended, proposed for debarment, <br /> declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in rece9ving any HOME or <br /> other Federal Funds.7he County certifes that it shall check on every vendor that it is <br /> associated with this project that it is not presentfy debarced, suspended, proposed for <br /> debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excfuded from participatian in receiving any <br /> HOME or other Federal Funds. <br /> t. Ffood Insurance. Alf Federal Emergency Management Agency rules shall be followed <br /> j. Execu#ive Order 12372. Not applicabie since the HOME funds are not competitive. <br /> (4) Records and Reports.The County egrees to complete ali applicable reports and maintain <br /> documentation in acco�dance with HUD guidelines for a period of five years after the loan has <br /> been paid-off. <br /> (5)Term.The term of this agreement shall be for one year after the final building inspect9on, <br /> which is scheduled for 5/l18115. <br /> (6) Lobbying.
