However, I also went <br /> out to look at the sign and it is below the line of sight along the retaining wall. <br /> The sign was designed based upon the Single tenant monument sign criteria (11 feet from base to top not including <br /> pedestal). The mattress Firm sign morphed into a Combined Monument Sign—which is 16 feet tall from the top of the <br /> sign to the base (bottom) of the sign (this does not include the pedestal to make it visible on the wall). It would make <br /> sense to elevate the sign.
