ARTICLE 5. - CONTRACTOR'S INSURANCE: The Cantractor shail be responsibie for ali damages to person or property that occur on the job site or adj cent thereto as a result of his fauit or neg}igence in connection with this contract. The Contractar shall, p ior to commencing wock, furnish evidence ofi required comprehensive liability insurance. The Contractor sha I alsa furnish evidence af coverage in accordance with Fiorida Woefcers` Compensation Laws. ARTlC�E 6, - SUBGt}NTRACTS: Al! subcon# actors shall be bound by the terms and conditions of #his con#ract insofar as it applies ta their work, but this hall not relieve the Contractor from the responsibility to the flwner for the proper completion of a!! work to be executed under this Contract, and he/she shall riot be released fram this responsibility by any subcontractua agreement he may make with others. The Cantractor shall be required to furnish to the Owner and Commun'ty Development Division in writing, a list of the names of the subcantractors proposed for the principal portions f the work at this contract signing. The Contractor shall not empfoy any subcontractor to whom #he Owner r the Community Development Division may have a reasonable objection. A current form for listing subc ntractars is available on the Community Development Divisian website.
