Any request for assignment must be addressed <br /> � to the Community Deveiopment Di ision. <br /> 7.7 The Con#ractar at al) #imes shafl eep #he premises free from accumulatian of waste <br /> materials or rubbish caused by thi wark. <br /> 7.8 The Contractor sha!! permit the Community Development Division to examine and <br /> inspect the const�uction work und r this contract at any reasonable time. <br /> 7.9 The Contractor shall furnish the Owner and the Community Development Division with <br /> the names, addresses, and teleph�ne numbers of the firms to be contacted for service to <br /> the various appliances or other quipment that was installed or repaired under this <br /> � cantract. <br /> 4 7.10 The Contraetor shall indemnify and save harmless the County, its agents and <br /> empioyees, and the Owner fram li bility for any injury or damages ta persons or property <br /> resulting from the Gontractor's p osecution of work pursuant to the provisions af this <br /> contract. <br /> 7.11 The contractor sha4l be responsib'l� ta submit al! requests far payments, change orders, <br /> release of liens, subcontractor li�t, etc., on the most current forms obtained from the <br /> Gommunity Develapment Divisio �website far contractors. <br /> 7.12 All products and materials used i the rehabilitation of Community Development Divisian <br /> projects sha(1 be made by Ame�ican manufacturers, if available, and meet the latest <br /> energy and water conservatian r quirements. <br /> S/Communify Deve(opment/Housing Farms Revised 04/27/7 9 <br />
