Section 3 of said referenced ordinance shall be <br /> ill <br /> deleted in its entirety and amended to read as follows : <br /> "SECTION 3 . APPLICATION FOR SERVICES . No person shall <br /> use the City water and/or sewer system without first making ' <br /> written application for such service to the City, at least fourteen <br /> (14) working days , in case of initial cut-in, before the service <br /> is desired, paying all costs , charges , fees , and deposit incident <br /> thereto . Such application shall be on forms furnished by the City, <br /> and such applicant shall agree by acceptance of such service to <br /> abide by all the provisions of this chapter and such applicable <br /> rules of the City in regard to the use of its water , sewer and <br /> sewage disposal system, as may from time to time be operative and <br /> effective . All such applications shall be accompanied by the sum of <br /> III <br /> IliFour Hundred Dollars ($400 . 00) , as a sewer tie-in charge which amount <br /> shall be for the purpose of future sewer plant expansion and sewer <br /> line extension and the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) as a <br /> water impact fee per family unit or equivalent thereto .
