WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171. 004 does provide a proce- dure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be an- CO 00 nexed to said City upon Petition of said owner and the adopt- C....) Gz7 ion of an ordinance annexing same , and W WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills , and III WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : 1 . That the following parcel of real property be annexed to the City of Zephyrhills , pursuant to Petition filed by the owner of said lands and approved by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, said real property and owner of same being as follows : As to Arthur 0.
