CHIEF TO INSPECT ANY <br /> TELEPHONIC ALARM SYSTEM ON THE PREMISES WHERE <br /> IT IS INTENDED TO FUNCTION; RESTRICTING INSTALLA- <br /> TION OF TELEPHONIC ALARM SYSTEMTO THE NUMBER(S) <br /> DESIGNATED BY THE ISSUEDflPERMIT; AUTHORIZATION - <br /> FOR THE REVOCATION OF ANY ISSUED PERMIT BY THE ISSUING <br /> DEPARTMENT UPON WRITTEN NOTICE AND OPPORTUNITY TO <br /> BE HEARD TO PERMIT HOLDER; PROVIDING FOR THE CITY `S <br /> RESPONSIBILITY TOWARD TELEPHONIC ALARM SYSTEM <br /> ORIGINATING OUTSIDE THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS CITY <br /> LIMITS . <br /> In <br /> CDCD 1 . "Telephonic Alarm System" shall mean any mechanism, <br /> equipment or device which is designated tooperate automatically <br /> through the use of public telephone facilities to transmit a <br /> signal , message or warning to another location. <br /> 2 . No person shall operate or maintain a Telephonic <br /> Alarm System which automatically transmits a signal , message or <br /> Iwarning to any City of Zephyrhills Police Department or Fire <br /> Department telephone line without first obtaining a permit as <br /> required by this ordinance . <br /> 3 .
