<br />1. The contractor shall be responsible for means, methods, techniques, and sequences os construction,
<br />and shall follow all local, state, and federal safety programs/regulations.
<br />2. All trades to coordinate with each other and fully be informed and aware of the work of each others.
<br />3. The contractor shall be responsible for coordination of all work concerning provisions for and
<br />installation of any equipment noted nic.
<br />4. Details are intended to show the intent of the design, minor modifications may be required to suit the
<br />field dimensions or conditions and such modifications shall be included as part of the work of the
<br />INTERIOR
<br />contract.
<br />REMODELING
<br />5. All subcontractors shall be city and state licensed as required.
<br />6. All work shall conform to the 2020 (7th edition) florida building code and national electric code, and all
<br />other applicable local, state and federal codes and ordinances, and all authorities having local
<br />jurisdiction.
<br />7. The information on the drawings is as exact as could be secured, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed,
<br />and the g.c. shall obtain exact locations, measurements, levels, etc. and shall satisfactorily adapt his
<br />work to the actual field conditions. do not scale prints. verify all questionable dimensions with the
<br />designer prior to commencing work.
<br />8. Items noted as "by owner" are to be coordinated with owner and purchased and installed by contractor.
<br />9. All subcontractors shall be responsible for obtaining permits for their respective scopes of work prior to
<br />construction.
<br />10. Contractor/builder shall verify all termite damaged areas for additional elements to be repaired

<br />PERMIT INTENT. A permit issued shall be construed
<br />to be a license to proceed with the work and not
<br />as authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside
<br />any of the provisions of the technical codes, nor
<br />shall issuance of a permit prevent the building
<br />official from thereafter requiring a correction of
<br />errors in plans, construction, or violations of this
<br />code.These documents are not in final form, but
<br />are being transmitted to public agencies to receive
<br />agency reviews, comments and interpretations. The
<br />documents may subsequently be revised by the
<br />designer &/or engineer to reflect resolution of
<br />issues with the public agencies prior to final action
<br />by the agencies changes, revisions and
<br />modifications to a project may prompt additional
<br />document submittal for agency approval action on
<br />the same project.These documents shall not be
<br />filed for public record without the designer &
<br />engineer of record's knowledge and consent. These
<br />documents are to the best of the architects or
<br />engineers knowledge, the plans and specifications
<br />comply with the applicable minimum building codes
<br />and the applicable fire -safety standards as
<br />determined by the local authority in accordance
<br />with this section and Chapter 633, Florida Statutes
