Actual usage will be less,.however,because of the seasonal nature of the park. Total actual <br /> usage is closer to 47 tons per year. <br /> (3) Colonial II RV Park: Using figures for 36 units, with 1.5 tons per year, this site <br /> will generate 54 tons annually. Likewise, due to the seasonal nature, actual annual tonnage is closer <br /> to 37 tons. <br /> (4) Moates Property: At its completed build out of 31 units, this site can be <br /> expected to generaFF46 tons of solid waste per year, <br /> All solid waste collected within the City of Zephyrhills is delivered to thePasco-Corty <br /> Transfer Station, and in turn delivered to: the Pasco Resource Recovery Plant. The Resoirce <br /> Recovery Plant has capacity to handle 1,050 tons per day. Pasco County estimates its plant has more <br /> than 8 years capacity. <br /> These annexations will not adversely impact the City's solid waste service. <br /> C.: 'Drainage:, ,.:; . <br /> Zephyrhills Wesleyan Church <br /> Tarr's Travel Trailer Park <br /> Colonial II RV Park <br /> Moates Property <br /> All sites under development or redevelopment within the City of Zephyrhills handle t eir <br /> drainage(run-of) on site. Each is treated as a new facility and all development is required to provide <br /> on-site retention--of stormwater of sufficient capacity to assure that post-development run-off is no <br /> greater than pre-development conditions. The adopted level of service standard is a 25 year storm <br /> of 3.6 iri;lite's'of`taiiialiid one hour.' _ -- <br /> These annexations will not adversely impact the City's drainage service. <br /> D. Traffic Circulation: <br /> (1) Zephyrhills Wesleyan Church: This parcel, as an existing church, will generate <br /> 63 trips daily. <br /> (2) Tarr's Travel Trailer Park: This site,.with 43 RVs:and 2 mobile homes, <br /> generates 10 trips per day for the mobilesand-86-trips per.day..for:the RVs:; . - .-. : <br /> (3) Colonial II RV Park: This site,with 36 RVS, generates an average 72 trips daily. <br /> (4) Moates Property: This property, with 31 single family units, at build out, will <br /> generate 286 trips daily. <br /> These annexations will not adversely impact the City's transportation network. <br /> E. Recreation: <br /> Zephyrhills Wesleyan Church <br /> Tarr's Travel Trailer Park <br /> Colonial II RV Park <br /> Moates Property - <br /> Three of the four annexations include:residential development, but,add fewer than 400 <br /> residents. Level of service standards for Zephyrhills are indicated on REC Table 4 and-REC Table <br />
