The level of service standards <br /> for equivalent non-residential solid waste disposal is based <br /> upon 1.5 ton/year/dwelling unit. Solid waste is collected <br /> twice a week. Based upon like development, this site can be <br /> expected to generate 200 tons of garbage annually. <br /> b. Hammond site. The level of service standards for <br /> equivalent non-residential solid waste disposal is based upon <br /> 1/5 ton/year/dwelling unit. Solid water is collected twice <br /> weekly. Based upon like development, this site can be <br /> 111 expected to generate 29 tons of garbage annually. <br /> c. Armstrong site. As a single family residential dwelling <br /> unit, it is estimated this site will generate 1.5 tons of <br /> solid waste annually. <br /> d. Moates property. At its completed build out of 15 units, <br /> this site will generate 22 tons of solid waste per year. <br /> e. Phyllis Rose site. The level of service standards for <br /> equivalent non-residential solid waste disposal is based upon <br /> 1.5 tons/year/dwelling unit. All solid waste is collected <br /> twice a week. Based upon like development, this site can be <br /> expected to generate 43 tons of garbage annually. <br /> All solid waste collected within the City of Zephyrhills is <br /> delivered to the Pasco County Transfer Station, and in turn <br /> delivered to the Pasco Resource Recovery plant. The recovery <br /> plant has capacity to handle 1,050 tons per day. Pasco <br /> County estimates its plant capacity will last through 2011. <br /> These annexations will not adversely impact the City' s solid <br /> waste service. <br /> C. Drainage <br /> City of Zephyrhills site <br /> Hammond site <br /> Armstrong property <br /> Moates Property <br /> Phyllis Rose site <br /> All sites under development or redevelopment within the City <br /> of Zephyrhills handle their drainage (run-off) on site. Each <br /> is treated as a new facility and all development is required <br /> to provide on-site retention of stormwater of sufficient <br /> capacity to assure that post-development run-off is no <br /> greater than pre-development conditions. The adopted level <br /> of service standard is a 25 year storm of 3 . 6 inches of <br /> rainfall in one hour. <br /> These annexations will not adversely impact the City' s <br /> drainage service. <br /> D. Traffic Circulation: <br /> a. City of Zephyrhills site. This parcel, as an industrial <br /> site, will generate an estimated 650 trips daily. It is <br /> served by the Zephyrhills East Bypass, a 2-lane bypass that <br /> was designed to handle traffic from industrial and aviation <br /> sites east of the City of Zpehyrhills. <br /> b. Hammond site. This parcel, also an industrial site, will <br /> generate an estimated 110 trips daily. It also fronts on the <br />
