123 <br /> F. The development of recreational and open spaces <br /> shall be in accordance with the requirements <br /> established by Pasco County for its R-MH Urban <br /> District Subdivisions , however, in no case shall <br /> any part of such recreation area be less than <br /> ten thousand (10 ,000) square feet . <br /> 111 G. Each mobile home shall have a living area of <br /> at least four hundred forty (440) square feet . <br /> SECTION 6 . PARK STREETS AND ROADS . Roadways or streets <br /> within a mobile home park may be private but the following <br /> requirements shall apply: <br /> ® A. Internal collector streets shall be thirty (30) <br /> `q feet in width, with a minimum of twenty-four (24) <br /> feet of paved surface . <br /> CD <br /> czt B . Internal minor streets shall be twenty-five (25) <br /> Q feet in width, with a minimum of twenty (20) <br /> 'Cr feet of paved surface. <br /> SECTION 7 . BUFFERING REQUIREMENTS . In those residential <br /> districts where other than single-family dwellings or workers <br /> quarters are allowed, a buffer shall be required when more than <br /> 111 one mobile home , duplex, triplex, quadraplex, or townhouse <br /> structire occupy a site . <br /> -111 <br /> 1 . Buffer areas shall not be less than five (5) feet <br /> in width measured at right angles to property <br /> lines and shall be established along the entire <br /> length of and contiguous to the designated property <br /> line or lines except where modified by this ordinance. <br /> 2 . Buffers shall be in the form of walls , fences or <br /> landscaping . Landscape buffers shall be designed <br /> to be seventy-five (75) percent or more opaque <br /> within one (1) year after start of construction <br /> and all buffers shall be a minimum height of six <br /> (6) feet . <br /> 3 . Buffering shall be required of all open storage <br /> in accordance with 2 above . <br /> 4. Where landscape buffers are used, irrigation shall <br /> be required within the buffer are-a and maintenance <br /> shall be theresponsibilityof the property owner. <br /> 5 . Parkingofpassenger vehicles shall be permitted <br /> in any required yard except buffer areas as other- <br /> wise established in this Ordinance . <br /> 6 . All portions of an improved lot or parcel not con- <br /> tained within a building or within paved parking <br /> and loading areas , aisles , drives , or walkways , <br /> shall be landscaped with sod, shrubs , trees or <br /> other materials . <br /> 7 . Fences , hedges or other plantings , structures or <br /> walls at street corners shall not be located so <br /> as to interfere with the clear sight triangle on <br /> corner lots . The height of such objects is restricted <br /> to three and one-half (3 . 5) feet within the clear <br /> sight triangle . <br /> RE C 9i PAGE .611 <br />
