Provide Washable Filters, removable without tools. <br /> N. Unit(s)shall be ETL,ARI approved. <br /> O. Acceptable Manufacturers: LG, Daikin, Sanyo and Mitsubishi. <br /> PART 3-EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 INSPECTION <br /> A. Examine areas and conditions under which units are to be installed. Do not proceed with work until <br /> unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. <br /> 3.2 INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT <br /> A. Install units where indicated, in accordance with equipment manufacturer's written instructions, and <br /> with recognized industry practices,to ensure that units comply with requirements and serve intended <br /> purposes. <br /> B. Coordinate with other work, including ductwork, floor construction, roof decking, and piping, as <br /> necessary to interface installation of air handling units with other work. Install units on vibration <br /> mounts as indicated, comply with manufacturer's indicated installation method, if any. Provide start- <br /> up of equipment by the manufacturer's service technicians <br /> 3.3 GROUNDING <br /> A. Provide positive equipment ground for air handling unit components. <br /> 3.4 TESTING <br /> A. Upon completion of installation of units, start-up and operate equipment to demonstrate capability <br /> and compliance with requirements. Field correct malfunctioning units, then retest to demonstrate <br /> compliance. <br /> 3.5 TRAINING OF OWNER'S PERSONNEL <br /> A. Provide services of manufacturer's technical representative for 4-hours to instruct Owner's personnel <br /> in operation and maintenance of the equipment. <br /> B. Schedule training with Owner, provide at least 7-day notice to Contractor and Engineer of training <br /> date.
