<br />a. DO NO EXTERIOR WORK ON UNPROTECTED SURFACES WHEN RAINING, OR OTHER
<br />MOISTURE IS PRESENT OR EXPECTED, OR BEFORE APPLIED PAINTS CAN DRY OR ATTAIN
<br />PROPER CURE.
<br />b. ALLOW WETTED SURFACES TO DRY AND ATTAIN TEMPERATURES AND CONDITION
<br />SPECIFIED HEREINAFTER BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH PREVIOUSLY STARTED WORK.
<br />2. TEMPERATURE:
<br />a. DO NO PAINTING WORK WHEN SURFACE AND AIR TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW 40
<br />DEGREES F OR BELOW THOSE TEMPERATURES RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER
<br />FOR THE MATERIAL TYPE USED.
<br />b. MINIMUM TEMPERATURES FOR LATEX FINISHES: 45 DEGREES F FOR INTERIOR WORK AND
<br />50 DEGREES F. FOR EXTERIOR WORK, UNLESS APPROVED OTHERWISE.
<br />3. LIGHTING: MAINTAIN A LIGHTING LEVEL OF MINIMUM 50 FOOT-CANDLES ON THE
<br />SURFACES TO BE PAINTED OR FINISHED.
<br />4. VENTILATION: PROVIDE ADEQUATE CONTINUOUS VENTILATION.
<br />D. MAINTENANCE:
<br />1. FURNISH OVERAGE OF PAINT MATERIALS EQUAL TO 10 PERCENT MINIMUM OF
<br />QUANTITY OF EACH PAINT AND TRANSPARENT FINISH SYSTEM COMPONENT, COLOR
<br />AND SHEEN REQUIRED FOR THE WORK, BUT FURNISH NOT MORE THAN FIVE FULL ONE
<br />GALLON CANS, NOR LESS THAN TWO FULL ONE QUART CANS, OF EACH TYPE.
<br />OVERRUNS IN EXCESS OF FIVE GALLONS MAY BE FURNISHED TO T-MOBILE AT THE
<br />CONTRACTOR'S OPTION. OVERAGE SHALL BE TAKEN FROM THE BATCH MIX FURNISHED
<br />FOR THE WORK. OVERAGE SHALL BE FURNISHED IN COMPLETELY FILLED, PROPERLY
