<br />PINION, OPENING TIME TO BACKCHECK (APPROXIMATELY 750) SHALL BE
<br />1.25-1.6 SECONDS. THE OPERATOR SHALL STOP THE DOOR IN THE OPEN
<br />POSITION BY ELECTRICALLY REDUCING THE MOTOR VOLTAGE AND
<br />STALLING AGAINST AN ADJUSTABLE 900 STOP.
<br />C. THE OPERATOR SHALL CLOSE THE DOOR BY SPRING ENERGY. CLOSING
<br />SPEED SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY EMPLOYING THE MOTOR AS A
<br />DYNAMIC BRAKE, AND CLOSING TO LATCH CHECK (APPROXIMATELY 100)
<br />SHALL BE IN 3 SECONDS. CLOSING THROUGH THE LAST 100 SHALL BE IN
<br />1.5 SECONDS MINIMUM.
<br />D. THE OPERATOR SHALL HAVE BUILT-IN EMERGENCY RELEASE WITH

<br />B. THE INSTALLER/DISTRIBUTOR WILL WORK WITH THE GENERAL

<br />THIS CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING THE WORK OF OTHERS PRIOR TO THE

<br />APPLICATION
<br />A. PAINT MAY BE APPLIED BY SPRAY, ROLLER OR BRUSH UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. METHOD
<br />SELECTED MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS
<br />AND/OR RECOMMENDATIONS, SUITABLE FOR SURFACE TO WHICH MATERIAL IS APPLIED AND

<br />1. CARE MUST BE EXERCISED AND PROTECTION PROVIDED FOR ADJACENT PREFINISHED OR

<br />SCHEDULED TO BE FINISHED AFTER THE FIRST COAT, WITH PUTTY COLORED TO MATCH THE
<br />FINISH. BRING PUTTY FLUSH WITH THE ADJOINING SURFACE.
<br />2. BETWEEN COATS, SAND ENAMEL OR VARNISH FINISH APPLIED TO WOOD OR METAL WITH
<br />FINE SANDPAPER AND CLEAN TO PRODUCE AN EVEN SMOOTH FINISH.
