THE GENERAL <br />CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF <br />DRYWALL FINISH WITH THE SPECIFIED FINISH MATERIAL <br />MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED LEVEL OF FINISH PRIOR <br />TO INSTALLATION. <br />5. PROVIDE FIRE EXTINGUISHER(S) HAVING A MINIMUM RATING <br />OF 2-A, 10-BC FOR EVERY 3,000 SO FT. EXTINGUISHERS <br />SHALL BE CONSPICUOUSLY LOCATED AND READILY <br />ACCESSIBLE. ANY EXISTING CONCEALED BUILDING STRUCTURAL <br />CONDITIONS NOT INDICATED IN BASE BUILDING <br />ARCHITECTURAL PLANS OR UNCOVERED DURING DEMOLITION <br />WHICH MAY REQUIRE DESIGN REWORK AND A CHANGE IN <br />CONSTRUCTION SHALL HOLD THE AUTHOR OF THESE <br />DOCUMENTS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY OR <br />COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE HIDDEN CONDITION. THE SPACE SHALL BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED, INCLUDING <br />WINDOWS AND BLINDS, BEFORE TURN OVER TO THE <br />TENANT. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A TRASH <br />DUMPSTER FOR TRASH REMOVAL. TRASH REMOVAL FROM <br />THE SITE SHALL OCCUR BEFORE THE END OF EACH <br />WORKDAY. IF APPLICABLE, THE BUILDINGS JANITOR SINK <br />MAY BE USED AS WATER SOURCE, BUT MUST BE KEPT <br />CLEAN. IF APPLICABLE, BUILDING FREIGHT ELEVATOR MAY <br />BE USED, BUT MUST BE KEPT CLEAN. <br />9. ALL WORK SHALL BE FREE OF DEFECTS, FOR A PERIOD <br />OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. <br />ALL SUCH DEFECTS SHALL BE CORRECTED BY THE <br />CONTRACTORS(S) AT NO EXPENSE TO THE OWNER. <br />10.
