<br />P. BASE BID TO ASSUME THAT THE JURISDICTION REQUIRES CONTAINMENT BACK FLOW PREVENTION. P.C.
<br />SHALL CONFIRM WITH PLUMBING INSPECTOR IF BUILDING HAS MAIN RPZBFP AND DOES NOT REQUIRE

<br />PSI CONCRETE. - TENANT SHALL FIRST DO TEST DEMOLITION OF SLAB OF NO MORE THAN 5 SF TO
<br />CONFIRM THAT THE EXISTING SLAB CONDITION IS NOT A STRUCTURAL SLAB. IF THE EXISTING SLAB
<br />CONDITION IS A STRUCTURAL SLAB, TENANT SHALL IMMEDIATELY STOP UNDER SLAB WORK AND PROVIDE
<br />SLAB PENETRATION/REMEDIATION DRAWINGS BY A LICENSED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, LICENSED IN THE

<br />U. COORDINATE WATER LINES WITH ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. NEW WATER PIPING SHALL NOT BE ROUTED

<br />V. ALL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS SHOULD BE INSTALLED ABOVE THE KITCHEN DROP CEILING OR WITHIN
<br />MILLWORK WHENEVER POSSIBLE OR COMPLETELY OUT OF CUSTOMER VIEW IN THE BACK OF THE
<br />KITCHEN. BFP SHOULD REMAIN ACCESSIBLE, AS DEFINED BY LOCAL INSPECTOR (VERIFY BEFORE
