<br />DURING THE ROOFING PROCESS, INCLUDING TAR ON

<br />11. ROOFTOP UNIT REPLACEMENTS SHALL BE ORIENTED
<br />AS INDICATED ON PLAN. CONDENSATE P-TRAP
<br />DRAINS SHALL BE ON THE SIDE OF THE UNIT WITH
<br />THE SLOPE OF THE ROOF OR THE CONDENSATE
<br />DRAIN PIPING SHALL BE EXTENDED FROM THE P-
<br />TRAP TO THE SIDE OF THE UNIT WITH THE SLOPE OF
<br />THE ROOF. ROOFTOP UNIT CONDENSATE SHALL BE
<br />ROUTED TO DRAIN WITH THE SLOPE OF THE ROOF.
<br />12. MECHANICAL FAILURE OF NEW ROOFTOP UNITS
<br />PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE BY OWNER, SHALL BE
<br />REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY CONTRACTOR
<br />THROUGH WARRANTY AGREEMENT WITH
<br />MANUFACTURER.
<br />13. IF APPLICABLE, COORDINATE ALL NEW GAS PIPING
<br />AND ROOF EQUIPMENT WITH EXISTING GAS PIPING,

<br />EDGE OR A MINIMUM OF 60" FROM PARAPET WALLS
<br />THAT ARE AT LEAST 42" HIGH.
<br />16. COORDINATE LOCATION OF DUCTWORK AND
<br />DIFFUSERS WITH LIGHT FIXTURES TO PREVENT
<br />EXCESSIVE SHADOWING OF THE SALES OR STOCK
<br />FLOORS. LIGHT FIXTURE LOCATIONS TAKE

<br />AREA. CONTRACTOR'S OPTION, ROUND DUCTWORK
<br />OF EQUIVALENT FREE AREA MAY BE USED IN LIEU OF
